Wendy may not have known what I'm about to say about her until now. I met her at an open house for a property that we got out bid on. As we arrived at the address to the open house I watched how Wendy greeted a family who just arrived moments before we pulled up. Her interaction w/ them captured my attention in a welcoming & heartfelt way that I wished it was me. She had this beautiful openness and authenticity that immediately stood out to us. She was eager & honest to share details about the property, neighborhood, schools and surrounding areas. She was knowledge able about the taxes and ordinances of the area. She new what the limitations were with regard to fixing the garage and most importantly this is her town that she grew up in and that she was proud of. I have had 3-4 recent previous dealings with realtors over the last 2 years so I had some expectation of how matters could pursue to closing. In this instance, Louise was consistent as expected from a realtor with respect to the professionalism required for procedures to expedite the process while offering advise if necessary. After initial conversations, she immediately began rapid showings which were scheduled regularly, giving me regular updates and allowing us to get a few options available. After a few trials with a few possibilities for potential buyers, one emerged to accept the offer for sale. I had to reduce my asking price to get signed contracts. Mike was an outstanding broker. He is the best! This was a very difficult sale for me since I was selling my mothers house after she passed away. Mike helped me every single step of the way. My wife and I do not live in Yonkers. But when her father died we had to sell his coop arpartment. A good friend recommened Tina Ruggiero. And she was great! She made immediate suggestions about handling a few changes.

She came up with a great idea for pricing and within two days after the apartment went on sale she got it. But there was a problem, a complex one dealing with a will and the ownership of the apartment. She was great. She was in contact with both the buyers and us as the issue worked through the courts. She is the best! Within hours after the court decided, she had a closing set up and we were able to work with her and our attorney to comple the sale.

I would work with her any time. I am a retired educator and have friends planning to retire soon and move and every single one of them has her number. She is the best realtor we ever worked with. Century 21 should be proud to have her as an agent.

Louise was everything we were hoping for when working with a broker.
